Feeding the Five Thousand

For children

A huge crowd followed Jesus, and they were hungry. A boy shared his five little loaves and two fish. Jesus thanked God and broke the bread, and everyone ate until they were full. There were twelve baskets of leftovers!

For grown-ups

Recorded in all four Gospels, the feeding points back to the manna and forward to the Lord's Supper. Jesus is Himself the bread of life.
