The Good Samaritan

For children

A man was robbed and left hurt by the road. A priest walked by. A temple helper walked by. Then a Samaritan — someone the man's people didn't like — stopped, bandaged him, and paid for his care. Jesus said, "Go and do the same."

For grown-ups

The lawyer wants to limit 'neighbour'; Jesus turns the question around: be a neighbour to anyone in need. And the story leaves us asking who has had mercy on us when we lay dying.
